The second method is the manual machining. The product is cheap and the quality is finished with the aesthetics of the slightly round shape of the 80% sphere, not as round as CNC.

1. Processing high quality stainless steel sphere . CNC products are machined when precisely molded. After creating the mold, the material is 304 stainless steel plate into the mold, then put the product into the CNC machine to roll, swirl, and press slowly into the product. The cost will be higher because it takes more time, the workers. The finished stainless steel ball product has a uniform roundness and almost absolute 100% accuracy. The smooth round outer surface is not ripple or rough. Extremely beautiful for the decoration of parks, fountains and feng-shui. But others are expensive to use to produce such items as coffee roasters, drug roasters, pharmaceuticals.
